THE BRIEF

The mechanical works for plant room in a school included the following:

To carry out and investigate works on existing installations.
We took and recorded water samples from the existing LTHW circuits prior to any strip out works.
We stripped out gas pipework serving the boilers only back to the incoming isolating valves.
Strip out of the central LTHW boiler plant and replaced.
We provided pump condense system from boilers and flue header.
We have installed a new BMS systems to serve the individual boiler rooms.
We flushed, chemical treatment and dosed all the LTHW pipework within the main school
Demonstrating the complete installation is capable of the performance and method operation specified.
Drawings and an operation and maintenance manual were included as per the criteria
