The Brief

The mechanical works for this residential project located in Kent, which included the following services:

• Underfloor Heating
• LTHW Heating
• Hot Water
• Cold Water
• Mechanical Control Panel
• Aboveground drainage
• Heat Recovery Ventilation
• Cellar Cooling

The basement, ground and first floor are all served with underfloor heating which is fed by five manifolds to on the first floor and one on the in the 
basement. We installed a network of pipework services which comes from the plant room in the basement. The heat source we installed for the heating 
system was heat pump hydrobox, with an external condenser.

The hot and cold-water services are installed with a pumped return system with a hot water cylinder. We have linked controls which are all accessible 
form the mechanical panel. The cold-water supplies are provided by a boosted cold-water service with a storage vessel.

We installed various heat recovery ventilation units across the floors which are all individually controlled and all wire back on a fire alarm link. 

All testing for the air conditioning systems is supported by accompanying documentation including certificates

Drawings and an operation and maintenance manual were included as per the criteria

A F-Gas logbook has been completed and included as standard
