The Brief

The mechanical works for this central London apartment refurbishment included the following:

• To supply and install a new fully sealed heating system through the use of an 18kw gas fired boiler.
• Supply and install a hot water cylinder.
• We have supplied and installed a new cold-water booster set.
• Supplied and installed new gas and water mains to serve the property.
• We have installed 4 extract fans to the bathrooms throughout the property. These were fitted to include attenuators to reduce noise levels.
• Installation of a building management system.
• Supply and install of custom made cast iron radiators.
• Pipework pressure test on the system
• Disinfection of domestic water system
• All testing for the gas and hot water systems has been supported by accompanying documentation including certificates
• Drawings and an operation and maintenance manual were included as per the criteria
